Every C-SED programme is built to tackle a specific, well-understood problem — water scarcity, farmer distress, education gaps, healthcare access, and the scaling of social enterprise itself — using local participation as the starting point, not an afterthought.
Programme 01
Water Solutions Project
Objective: Tackle water scarcity in rural communities across Telangana and Karnataka.
Activities: Borewell installation, restoration of lakes and ponds, and afforestation initiatives that protect water catchments over the long term.
Impact areas: Improved access to clean water, revitalised local ecosystems and stronger livelihoods for the families who depend on them.
Programme 02
Agriculture Solutions Initiative
Objective: Empower farmers in Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka to improve agricultural practices and household income.
Activities: Soil health improvement, water management training and building market linkages so farmers capture more value from their harvest.
Impact areas: Higher crop yields, reduced farmer distress and wider adoption of sustainable agricultural practices.
Programme 03
Education Empowerment Program
Objective: Widen access to quality education and skills development in underserved communities.
Activities: Teacher training workshops, digital literacy programmes and improvements to school infrastructure.
Impact areas: Better learning outcomes, higher school attendance and more confident, empowered young people.

Healthcare Access Initiative
Objective: Ensure access to basic healthcare services and build community health awareness.
Activities: Medical camps, health education sessions and support for local healthcare facilities.
Impact areas: Better health outcomes, reduced disease prevalence and stronger community health systems.
Programme 05
Academy of Social Franchising
Objective: Promote sustainable living and social equity, nurture social innovation, and help social entrepreneurs build franchises that scale.
Activities: Comprehensive support across education, health, agriculture, water, energy, transportation and environmental sectors.
How to benefit: Entrepreneurs and franchisers gain mentorship, funding pathways, scalable model development and access to our partner network.
