C-SED — the Centre for Social Entrepreneurship Development — finds the skills, ideas and resources already present in rural and semi-urban communities, then connects the people behind them with mentors, volunteers and coaches who help turn them into self-sustaining enterprises.
About C-SED
C-SED is a branch of Estah Society that nurtures rural and semi-urban social entrepreneurs. Instead of starting from scratch, we start with what a community already has — a skill, a small business idea, an under-used resource — and build a support structure of volunteers, mentors and coaches around it.
Why choose C-SED
Our focus stays on the nurturing of rural and semi-urban social entrepreneurs — pairing them with the right people and the right learning, at the right time.
We share stories drawn from entrepreneurs already working with C-SED — grounded in what actually happened, not theory.
Study materials designed to travel with you — usable on a shared phone or a community computer lab alike.
Structured conversations where entrepreneurs, mentors and coaches compare notes and work through real problems together.
Clear-eyed guidance on job opportunities and career pathways, especially for young people entering the workforce.
Sessions led by industry professionals and academic experts, not generic pre-recorded content.
A certificate that reflects genuine completed work — a record of commitment you can put in front of an employer.
Skilling initiative · Powered by Estah Society
